app-ads.txt
A text file publishers host declaring which companies are authorized to sell their inventory.
app-ads.txt is the IAB Tech Lab standard publishers use to publicly list every ad system authorized to sell their CTV app or FAST channel's inventory — one line per SSP, with a seller ID and a DIRECT or RESELLER designation. Buyers cross-reference app-ads.txt against the schain object on each bid to confirm the impression is coming from an authorized path, not a spoofed or unauthorized reseller.
