Common causes: empty VAST response (no eligible creative for this channel/floor/targeting combination), player VAST parser error, or CDN delivery failure. Test the VAST URL directly in a browser — a valid VAST XML response means the tag is working. Check that your channel is APPROVED and has active line items targeting it.

VAST URL returns an empty <VAST> tag

An empty VAST response means no creative passed the 20-filter waterfall. Debug checklist: channel is APPROVED, floor CPM is not above all bids, at least one line item is ACTIVE and targets this channel's platform/content model, the creative is APPROVED, and flight dates are current. Enable RTB on the channel to add programmatic backfill.

VCR is unusually low (below 40%)

Low VCR is usually a player integration issue — the start beacon fires but later quartile beacons don't reach LtvAdx. Check network connectivity from the device, confirm beacon URLs are not blocked by the app's network security config, and verify the player is not muting VAST tracking events. Also check the VAST error rate in reports.

Fill rate dropped suddenly

Review: recent floor price increases, paused or ended line items, disabled RTB exchanges, seasonal demand shifts, or a channel approval that lapsed. Verify your email first — the verification link must be clicked before admin review begins. If you verified more than 24 hours ago on a business day, contact support with your signup email. Weekend signups are processed the next business day.
