Privacy-safe persistent household key for cross-device frequency and audience targeting in CTV.
HouseholdID is LtvAdx's household identity graph that resolves device identifiers (RIDA, AFAI, ADID, IP, etc.) to a persistent household key. It enables frequency capping, reach measurement, and audience targeting across CTV devices without cross-site cookies — aligned with privacy regulations and platform identifier policies.
